To accept your place at Limerick students will have to pay an acceptance deposit and complete the course acceptance instructions given in the offer letter. The acceptance deposit will be of EUR 1,000 or higher usually (INR 1L)

Applications for programs with no interviews or skill tests as part of evaluation process will be reviewed by the Course Director once app is received by the uni. 

It can take your application to Limerick Uni upto 2-3 weeks to go through the internal process. Stay up to date with the emails you receive during this timeline

Indian students have to follow a stricter admission process for the National College of Ireland. The whole focus is generally on the English language proficiency, the academic minimums along with the strict visa documentation. 

The international students are generally required to pay a good amount of tuition fee which can go as high as 50% of the total tuition fee (often around EUR 6K to 7K)

Yes, students can change their course in the first two weeks of the course commencement at DBS or before classes start. However, any request for a change of course mid-stage through an academic year or 2 weeks after the start date won't be entertained.

As per the latest available official data, the top academic discipline among students at DBS stood to be Business, Marketing and Law with a student enrollment of 35%. Check the rest of the top disciplines-

  • Computing - 15%
  • Accounting and Finance - 19%
  • Human and Social Sciences - 14%
  • Film, Creative Media and Study Abroad - 16%

Yes, DBS houses students hailing from 70 different countries including India. In 2024 about 48% of the students hailed from the Asian/Australasia region. This is a drastic inrease compared to the 26% in 2020.

Indian students will have to prove their English language proficiency. This can be done by submitting the prescribed minimum English test scores. This includes 6.0 in IELTS, 105 for Duolingo 76 for TOEFL iBT and 52-57 for PTE.

NUI Galway is based in Ireland which is known for modern healthcare standards and no particular vaccinations are recommended fo visitors. Moreover there is a Student Health Unit on the campus with doctor and nurse visits being free. It is staffed by 2 doctors and 2 nurses as well as a physiotherapist and a sports injuries therapist.

No since while priority is given to new entrants of the university, accommodation at NUI campus is still not guaranteed. Rather, all valid applicants get entered into the relevant lottery. New entrant international students will be entered into the lottery for international student accommodation.
