As per the official information, University College Dublin generally takes an average of 20 working days to send out an offer letter to the students.
Though the TCD process can still be extended to 6 to 8 weeks for some more popular programs.
Also, there are some courses available here which also have the rolling admissions policy and during the peak times, the admission delays can be expected.

Yes, there is a provision of a conditional offer at Trinity College Dublin for Indian students.
These students could be awaiting their final 12th-grade results (CBSE, ICSE or the State Boards) or the English language proficiency tests.
Indian students can easily apply with their predicted scores to get a seat at TCD but that would be conditional upon them submitting the qualifying final results.

Indian applicants trying to get scholarships at University College Cork should apply as early as possible as most of the UCC scholarships have earlier application deadlines.
The Government of Ireland scholarships and the various other merit ones generally require a submission between Oct 2026 and February 2027 for the UCC September intake in 2027.

Yes, for many UCC courses, there is a rolling admissions policy for Indian students. The rolling policy would mean that the applications are reviewed as soon as they are received by the university.
To have the best chances of admission, the students should apply as soon as possible.
Some programs stay open till August but the more competitive ones are filled faster.
