Yes, as an Indian student, if you have scored above 80% then you can submit these scores. Given that these scores are awarded by any of these bodies - CBSE, AISSCE, CUSCE or ISC.
The students won't even have to take IELTS or TOEFL for UCD if the given English language requirements are met.

Yes, to apply for the University College Dublin admissions, a UG degree is required with a really good GPA. This bachelor's degree should be relevant and valid. Look at the PG admission requirements for UCD courses given below -

Yes, Indian students are welcome to apply for the Autumn trimester which is for the September intake. It should be noted that the UCD September intake is the biggest intake when most courses open.
In addition to this intake, there is one more intake which is the January one and it is a smaller one means all the programs might not be available for application for Indian students.

The University College Dublin fee deposit is required to be paid to confirm admisison at the university. This is around EUR 500 and EUR 750, as per the course you apply to. In INR, it is roughly INR 53 K and INR 79 K. The deposit is to be submitted by the admission offer's acceptance deadline. The deposit would be clearly mentioned in the admission offer.
