There is no negative marking. So, you can try as many as question you know but from every subject, atleast answer 25 questions. There is one more additional question paper of personality development for which you will be provided half an hour please do attempt that as they ask very general questions

I'm a 12th pass with 78% marks. Can I get admission for B.Arch? I could not get admitted in JEE Mains and NATA.

Majority of good institutes take admission on the basis of JEE Mains and NATA. So, you will have to check with some private institutes in your state.

In response to your query, yes, you can apply Direct without attempt NIMCET. Only 15% seats are available in Direct Mode.
The criteria for direct admissions at College level is Graduate with minimum 50% aggregate.

There are many colleges in Jaipur. Everything depends on your interest. If you already planned to take admission in VIT Jaipur then go for it. They provide good admission. Otherwise, you should go for UEm Jaipur, JECRC Jaipur or Poornima University.

Hi Santanu,
Last year (2k17), my friend got 219 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2 and 81% in 12th from CBSE Board and he belongs to OBC category, his Gen Rank was 9243 and OBC Ran was 3800, still he didn't get any college. So, I think for a general candidate, the score must be above than 250 if board marks
