Hi Vikas,
If you are keenly interested in CSE branch i would suggest you to go for IIIT jabalpur as IIIT are known for its CSE placements, curriculum and culture.
For ECE - NIT choice is good with ECE , you might look in NITs for a seat.
If you Compare IIIT JabaLpur is better.
