BA. LL.B. fee structure at The Law School:

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the exact fee. However, top National Law Universities (NLUs) have fees ranging from 1.70 lakhs to 4.10 lakhs per annum. Check with The Law School directly for the most up-to-date information.

With a NEET score of 120 marks, securing admission to the B.V.Sc. & A.H. programme at SKUAST Kashmir is unlikely due to the following:

  1. Previous Cutoff Trends: The closing NEET rank for this programme in 2024 was 42,307, which corresponds to a higher score than 120.
  2. State Quota Advantage: As a resident of Ladakh, you are eligible for the State Quota, which may have higher cutoff ranks and improve your chances.
  3. Steps to Improve Prospects:
    • Participate in Ladakh State Counseling for state quota seats.
    • Explore other veterinary colleges with lower cutoff ranks.
    • Consider related programs like B.Sc. in Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry.

The specific entrance exam and school determine the minimum score needed for law school. Students must often score in the top percentile on common legal entrance tests in India, such as the CLAT (Common legal Admission Test) for national law school. The cutoff points for these exams change annually. Top law schools often need applicants to score between 40 and 50 percent on the CLAT, while private law schools could have less stringent criteria. In order to be eligible for admission to law school, students must also have passed their 10+2 exams with a minimum of 45–50%.

The cut off mark for B.A. LL.B course of The Law School, University of Jammu is not the same every year, keeping in view factors such as the number of applicants, number of seats, and general, SC/ST, etc. categories. Generally, during these recent years, the cut-off has been lying among the general category students in the qualifying examination, Class 12th, between 75% to 85%. Reserved categories usually have lower cutoffs. Since admission is competitive, higher your marks, better will be your chances of getting in. Checking the cutoff information for 2024 admissions, it is always better to go through the university's official website
