As per your rank in JEE, you must switch it to any NITs or BIT Mesra, however BIT Sindri is also a reputed institute but it lags in giving a good environment, exposure and good placements.

There is only one XLRI and the same is in Jamshedpur I wonder from where you got XLRI Chennai and Bangalore.

The basic eligibility for top B-schools is graduation with minimum 50% with valid management test score.
With this percentage in graduation you won't get admission in a top institute like XLRI. You need to improve your grades in Master’s degree and then apply for Top B-schools with the management

Yes, international opportunities into summer’s internship have been offered over years as well as student exchange programme is offered. XLRI is more recommended for international internship.

I would suggest you to choose JBIT – Doon. It has excellent placement record.

If you want to seek admission in most sought after branch then definitely you have to score big. But, it's always good to have big aims. I think, percentile of 60-70 should be good.

Admissions to NIT's is not easy as it is thought. Particularly, if you want a specific branch and place you need to score more. I think you should aim for score of around 250+ .
