The candidates with a valid BTech degree in ECE/CS/IT/EE or related disciplines, MCA, or an MSc/MS in ECE/CS/IT/EE or related disciplines with at least 60% aggregate are eligible to take admission. The total tuition fee for the course is INR 3.6 lakh. A hostel fee of INR 1.52 Lacs and a one-time payment of INR 3,620 is also added in the total course fee with other fee components. As per the official brochure, a registration fee of INR 10,000 per semester also has to be paid to keep the enrolment active. Further, this given fee is as per unofficial sources and is indicative.

The total seat intake for IIIT Kalyani Executive MTech programmes is 60. The seat intake for each of the specialisations is 30. This seat intake is further as per the information brochures available on the IIIT Kalyani official website. Moreover, IIIT Kalyani reserves the right to revise seat intake. IIIT Kalyani offers an Executive MTech course, which is specifically designed for working professionals. The PG-level course is available in two specialisations, including Artificial Intelligence & Data Science and Advanced Communication Systems & Signal Processing

Aspirants who passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject with 75% aggregate (65% for SC/ST candidates) are eligible to take admission. Candidates must have the relevant documents for verification purposes at the time of form filling/admission.

BTech CSE students receive higher packages majorly. The highest and average package offered during IIIT Kalyani BTech CSE placements 2024 was at INR 44 LPA and INR 10.72 LPA, respectively. Further, the placement rate recorded during placements 2024 was 89.33%.

The flagship course offered by Indian Institute of Information Technology Kalyani is BTech. The eligibility criteria for BTech is Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate and the accepted entrance exam is JEE Main. Candidates must prepare well for the JEE Main entrance exam. Attempt as many JEE Main mock tests as possible. Keep an eye on JEE Mains 2024 exam dates and give the entrance exam with utmost concentration.

The IIIT Kalyani does not offer a BBA program in Retail and Sales Management.
