Administrative Management College (AMC Bengaluru) doesn't come under both 1st and 2nd tier College list as per Google.

But even though this college is a renowned institution. AMC Engineering College has maintained good ranks over the years and is ranked at #17 in the 'Engineering' category by the Times.

The applicant must fulfill the minimal qualifying requirements in order to be admitted to the B.Tech programme at Manipal Institute of Technology. The candidate must secure at least 50% cumulative grade in Science during their class 12. 

For B.Tech Lateral Entry, candidates must, however, have completed a three-year Diploma programme in their chosen engineering stream, awarded by the State Board of Technical Examination, with an minimum of 45% overall, or the equivalent.
