The college offers an offline mode of application. The application form cum prospectus can be obtained by sending a Demand Draft to the college. Candidate can also obtain the form in person or by post. Candidate can obtain the application form from the college office.

The application form and prospectus can be downloaded from the SGITO website or obtained by post. To obtain by post, send a bank draft of Rs. 150 to the Director, SGITO, Bangalore.

The latest information about the cutoff involves the candidate's performance in his/ her qualifying examination, B.Sc. and the entrance test, if any conducted for the M.Sc. in Chemistry in Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women's University.
