Yes, Kannada medium students are eligible for NEET PG admissions and thereby to ESIC Medical College, Gulbarga. The eligibility criteria for Karnataka NEET PG counselling also mention that a candidate who is considered a Kannadiga by mother tongue and has studied in Kannada medium alone is eligible for reservation, accordingly.
