Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology has a seat intake capacity of 24 for the MTech Structural Engineering course and has 18 seats each for the other specialisations.

Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology charges tuition fees, hostel fees and one-time registration fees from candidates who want to take admission in the M.Tech programme. Nitte Meenakshi application fees for NUCAT is INR 1,000 which is mandatorily need to be paid by candidates to complete the registration process. The application fess is non-refundable and cannot be claimed back by candidates once it is paid. NUCAT is required for admission to any of the UG or PG programmes.

To get admission in Central Agricultural University, Manipur, the fees in INR is as follows:

For B.Sc ( Hons ) :- It is somewhere around. 2700 - 3000 for 1st year.

For M.Sc:- It is around 4500- 5000 for 1st year.

For BVSc, it's about 2800- 3000 for 1st year

For MBA it's about 6200- 6500 for 1st year

For B.Tech and Ph.D it's about 2500-3000 and 6000-6500 for 1st year respectively
