Yes, you can get a seat at PES University, Bangalore through Karnataka pgcet exam. Coming to the cutoff part, the rank cutoff for MCA for General Category can be expected in 2019 to be around 115, for ST around 530, and for SC the rank expected can be around 1200.

You can also get through the eligibility of you must have completed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree or Must have passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). If you want to get seat in Jain University look the factors.The minimum qualification required is a pass in the 10+2 Science or Commerce with Maths/Statistics/Computer Science/Information Practice as one of the core subjects in PUC / ISC / CBSE or an equivalent board. A course recognized as equivalent thereto by the University and the fee for this course is median 3 lakhs and it differs in many factors like rank and merit based.

The fee for the second year is different for branch to branch. All the details about the fee structure is available in the official website. The median fee is 2.88 Lacs for MCA course. If you have get a seat in merit, then it differs in the fee structure. So, the fee structure is different from one student to another student.
