Yes, you will get domicile, but I am not sure about marks as you haven't mentioned any stream.
32608 was the closing rank for mining engineering.

Admission to MBA programme 2018-20. Applications are invited from Indian citizens for admission to the MBA programme (full-time- 4 semesters) for the academic year 2018-20. Eligibility:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with not less than 50%
marks (or Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 5.5 in the 0 -10 scale grading
