Of course, you can study B.E./B.Tech course at S J C Institute of Technology or SJCIT through management seat or KCET-UGET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test). The most common course to getting admission is the COMEDK UGET test, however, students can also obtain seats under management quota if they fulfill the criterion of passing class 10+2 and obtaining at least 45% in the relevant subjects.

The fee range at S J C Institute of Technology (SJCIT) is as follows:
B.E. (UG): rs. 50,000 to rs. 1,75,000 per year (depending on the admission quota: KCET, COMEDK, or management).
M.Tech (PG): Rs 60,000 to
rs 1,20,000 per year.
MBA:Rs.70,000 to rs 1,50,000 per year.
The fees may be changeable depending on the type of a course and a category of admission or a scholarship.

UG Admission in SJCIT require 45 % marks in 10+2 exam for general candidates and 40 % for SC/ST/OBC candidates with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology. This college provides admission through KCET/COMEDK score cards for complete four year full time degree program. For PG courses, candidate must have the bachelor's degree in any discipline with not less than 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) and valid PGCET/ GATE/CMAT scores. For the UG and PG courses there is the provision to admit under management quota directly.
