The college has good placement facilities. More than 60 percent of students were placed in college, with the highest salary package of INR 9.5 LPA and the lowest salary package of INR 2.5 LPA. A few students got internships with a package of INR 2.3 LPA. Top roles offered are data analyst, software developer, web developer, frontend developer, etc.

The KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) cutoff ranks for Dr. T. Thimmaiah Institute of Technology (DrTTIT) vary depending on the course and year.
