The course fee is INR 61,000 per annum. Scholarship options are provided by Karnataka board which is around INR 20,000 to 36,000 depends on the category. The fee structure is provided for getting loans from the bank. Many students are eligible to get their scholarship. The course fee is INR 60,000 per annum. Scholarships are not available for general category students.

Candidate must have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study and obtained a minimum of mentioned marks. The candiate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized university with PCM. .

Maratha Mandal Engineering College started functioning on the 21st of October 1997. The college has been duly sanctioned by the Government of Karnataka. Maratha Mandal Engineering College is recognised by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi vie letter no. F/77-153/220/ (E)/ET/96 dated 4th August 1997. The College is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum. 

The college has the nice infrastructure with well-established classrooms, library, labs and required apparatus. The canteen service is average. It will change as per time on contract basis. Wifi connectivity is very nice which covers the entire college surroundings. There is hostel service for boys and girls with good rooms at an affordable price. There are well-educated staffs and a nice bonding is created with students.
