In my opinion, Sharda University would be a good option. I say this because firstly Sharda University is a popular college and surely to maintain it's image, it would try to provide you with good internships and jobs, moreover it would provide you a good environment and sufficiently good facilities like sports, hostels, internet connectivity, exchange programs, fests that would help you in your overall development during the 4 years of B.Tech. Lastly, I would say that college is not the main thing that matters, it is you, and how well you develop your skills and personality that matters. Hope it helps.

10+2 Standard pass-out with minimum 50% marks in English.
Diploma holder / Bachelor's Degree Holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University (with English as a subject, passed with 50% or completed Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Graduation in English medium).
