Hello Dear,
If you look at NEET cutoff trends, you may witness an exponential rise. Coming to score for government medical colleges you need 550+ whereas, for private you need 450+ to be in the safer side.

You may pursue PGs in Political Science or History. If you opt to become a teacher or Professor, you may go for B.Ed or MPhil/ Ph.D. Civil service is a good option for those who do UG in History/ Political Science. Law is a good career for you. Also possibilities are there to become a Historian, Travel guide, etc.

If I'm not wrong, then there's no specific seat for OBC. You have to apply as general category and hence to get CSE your rank must be less than 90.

Yes, you can get transferred but only after getting the NOC from both colleges. One more thing in which college you want to transfer. There should be some seats vacant. Then only you can take transfer in that college otherwise not possible.

Yes, you can prepare to become a pilot.
You need to understand that pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criterion, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you visit http://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/me
