Friend your Rank is very good, And it's sure that you will be getting Government Colleges in Bengal. ECE Branch is good, I prefer you to go for it. It will give you placements in telecommunication companies like reliance, Airtel etc. , online shopping industry. And many more. Go for the link below to find some Colleges on the basis of your WBJEE merit:

Hi, One think here to note is that, in WBJEE website which shows previous year or crores, the rank which are shown in TFW section of any stream are general ranks. All the counseling is done through general rank. So if according to your section last year the cut of CSE tfw in item was around 2100 (general rank). You won't get IEM CSE as your general rank is high. But still I can suggest you the best available college with or without TFW in you rank if you provide your general rank. Hope the answer satisfies you. Please do ask anything if you have problem. Please do upvote.

Hi, I think I have already answered your question. If it is for mass communication, there are various other colleges and institutions to pursue the same. If you have to choose between these two only, go for Amity University, Kolkata and not NIU. All the best.

Hi Rithik,
You can surely take up B.Sc in economics honors if you meet the eligibility criteria and have good enough marks. I would think that would be best.
Other wise you have very many options, mostly depending on your interest. If you like accounts and all go for B.Com or BMS.
Just know what you want.
Good luck!
