Well, CUSAT is a government college so it has a bit of edge over Heritage's private ownership, however, if you got the main campus of CUSAT then only its worth taking, otherwise, HIT-Kolkata is a better option.

Basic eligibility requires candidate to be a Honors graduate from recognized university with chemistry and maths as core subjects.

Congratulations on securing such amazing marks!
Firstly, for B.Com the percentage for all the boards are different, like for CBSE, last year it was 93% and ISC it was 95% and for state board it was 88%, for merit listing. You can definitely apply for the course and wait for the result, if not 1st list then you might stand a chance in the second list. Secondly for BMS, you have to sit for an entrance exam, and thus the proper aggregate percentage including the board marks and test marks will make you eligible for admission. The cut off are

I am really sorry to say this, admission is not allowed after a gap of 3 years from the year of passing previous qualifying examination. You can try in some other colleges, which may have a flexible eligibility criteria.
Don't lose hope you will definitely get a college from where you can complete your UG course and become a graduate.
