IBS-Kolkata isn't a great option, as neither it is a reputed brand name (IBS, Hyderabad being the only decent one) nor it ranks under the top 50 colleges across India. Basic eligibility to secure admission in Ramakrishna Mission Residential College for B.Sc is mentioned below:
The candidate should have passed 10+2 with a relevant stream. Mandatory subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology as a compulsory subject from a recognized board of education to take admission in the program.
Admission is based on merit based on marks obtained in class 12th.

No, you cannot appear for the entrance this year because the academic session starts by July end. So by that time you need to be graduate and provide your graduation certificate to the college.

Well you cannot get admission in NIFT without appearing for it's entrance exam. So you can drop a year and appear for it next year i.e. 2019.

Yes it is possible but NIFT entrance exam happens in the month of February every year. So you can definitely do B.Des from NIFT, it's just that you'll have to drop a year and appear for the exam next year i.e. February 2019.
