For English Honours: 60%
1st line cutoffs don't go below 90 in Loreto but the 2nd and 3rd and so on lists the cutoff do come in 80.

Here is the fee structure for M.Ed. at Calcutta University:
Admission fee: Rs. 1000/-
Tuition fee: Rs. 3000/- per semester
Laboratory fee: Rs. 500/- per semester
Library fee: Rs. 500/- per semester
Development fee: Rs. 1500/- per semester
Caution Deposit: Rs. 1000/- (refundable)
Total fee for the entire M.

It is quite good am a 4 th year studentand the college focuses a lot on the theoretical as well as practical aspects of medicinevery strict about attendance of both theory classes and hospital postings.
