Hello Neetu,
Relaxation in marks for a teacher. Perhaps the university may say that teachers should have more marks. Ok, yes, it's a real issue if one misses the minimum by a few marks. But I am afraid universities will not relent. My advice would be for you to attempt BA in another subject and score minimum required marks.
