At Saroj Institute of Technology and Management (SITM), students can apply for various scholarships, primarily through government schemes. The most common scholarships include those provided by the Uttar Pradesh government for economically disadvantaged students, as well as SC/ST scholarships. However, it's important to note that scholarships are not guaranteed for every student, as eligibility often depends on income criteria and the timely submission of required documentation.

Faculties were awesome during my time. They were always students favouring. They always used to fight for the right of students and the same used to reflect in the results. On an average there were more young and energetic faculty members rather than experienced ones. But ideally they were a mixture of less experience and more enthusiastic.

The quality of food at the hostel mess of Dr. M.C. Saxena Group of Colleges (MCSGOC) in Lucknow is very bad. However, the college canteen at MCSGOC is designed to serve 1,500 students at a time and takes extra care to ensure hygienic food. The canteen serves tea, coffee, cold drinks, fruit juices, ice creams, fast foods, and special lunch packs. Food delivery services like Zomato and Swiggy are also available.
