The selection in to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management program is purely based on the cumulative performance in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT followed by group discussion and personal interview. Every candidate's suitability for the program is assessed through case based group discussion and personal interview. Due weightage is given to past academic achievements and work experience respectively, as per the parameters by AICTE.
The selection parameters with due weightage are as follows:
Score in in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT - 45% weightage
Case-based Group Discussion - 15%
Personal Interview - 20%
Academic Performance - 15%
Work Experience, Sports and Extracurricular Activities - 5%

Jaipuria Institute of management is better. The faculty members are highly qualified and extremely helpful. There are a limited number of seats there for PGDM and hence the competition is tough though. The placement records are also far better. Centralized placements lets students from Indore campus to appear in interviews with the companies coming in Noida, Lucknow and Jaipur campus. ROI is something that depends on you rate of involvement. The more you're focused in your studies and extra-curricular activities, the better your CGPA will be, and hence, a better placement. The campus life is great. Everything sometimes seems cozy. The faculty members are highly qualified and really helping. Extra-curricular activities develop your personality and you transform to a more confident and corporate ready person. You should go for Jaipuria if you are good in studies and want to excel in your career.

They have centralized placements. So, the students can apply for placements at any campus. The placement record of Jaipuria Institute of Management is quite good. Every year, big companies like HUL, Amazon, ITC, Tata, to name a few, visit the campus for placements. It can't be said about any institute whether every student gets placed or not. The main reason behind it is that if someone somehow manages to get admission but couldn't pass the exams and has backlogs by the end, during placements. How can you expect any company to hire him or her. So, it totally depends on the student's performance. From the institutes end, they try their best to get each and every student placed in good companies. So, there is no doubt about the institute. Their reputation in the industry attracts companies like amazon and Deloitte. The minimum package varies.

The preference should be made on where you live. Since, all four campuses belong to the same brand, most things are same, even placements are centralized. So, if you live in Lucknow, then choosing Lucknow campus would be wise, as you'll save the hostel fees. There is a difference in the fees depending upon the campus too. PGDM is offered in all four campuses. However, PGDM - Financial Serves amd Retail Management are offered in Lucknow only, PGDM in Service management in Noida and Jaipur, PGDM - Marketing in Noida, and PGDM in all four. So, if you're stream specific from graduation, then you can choose accordingly, otherwise all are good.

The level of difficulty is unpredictable as it varies. However, I'll say moderate to tough. But if you know about the distribution and percent weightage of marks in the admission process at Jaipuria Institute of Management, you may prepare more efficiently for admission. They are as follows:
1. Score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT 45% (maximum Weightage)
2. Case-based Group Discussion: 15%
3. Personal Interview: 20%
4. Academic Performance (previous): 15%
5. Work Experience, Sports and Extracurricular Activities: 5%. If you combine the percent scores allotted to GD and PI, it sums to 35%, and hence it becomes important to prepare for both.
92 percentile in MAT is fine but like I said, these scores contribute to 45% weightage in the selection process. If you do well in GD and PI, you may qualify for the admission. Wish you all the best.
