Yes, the National Institute of Event Management (NIEM) in Kolkata welcomes student loans to finance student studies. The institute maintains a tie-up with several nationalized and private banks. A few of the generally linked banks for education loan facilities include State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank, and Punjab National Bank (PNB), through which the banks avail the best education loan terms. It would be prudent to contact the NIEM admissions office directly for the actual details about the loan process and banks that the university has ties with, in addition to information about what it takes to qualify for the loan.
