As far as B.Tech Metallurgy under the OBC NCL category at COEP Pune is concerned, it will be around 4573 as per the recent statistics. A CET score of 90.32 would not be sufficient as previous cutoffs depict that generally, candidates need to have a rank more than 95%ile. The score must be double-digit, and then hopefully, you will get some colleges. But, if it's true that you got your percentile in single digits, then sorry, there are no such colleges or universities that will take admission based on this. Prepare yourself and have good luck for next year.
