Yes, the admissions are currently open for BCA at SICSR, Pune. The admission window is going to close soon. Interested students are suggested to apply for the course before the deadline. The institute opens the admission portal in March-April. After applying for the course, students have to appear for the SET exam. The SET is conducted in MAY. It is compulsory to give SET for admission to SICSR Pune BCA.

The SICSR Pune BCA programme requires 50% marks in Class 12 or an equivalent exam. For reserved categories like SC and ST, 45% marks are required in Class 12. And for the selection, the institute accepts the Symbiosis Entrance Test marks along with personal interaction. To get admission to SICSR Pune BCA, students must be eligible and clear both the selection rounds.

Yes, you can totally do B.Tech Food Tech as a PCB student! You don't necessarily need Math for all colleges
Look into NIFTEM (Kundli/Thanjavur)—those are the top government spots. Also, make sure to give the CUET (ICAR) exam, as that's the main way PCB students get into government food tech programs
You might have to take a basic 'remedial math' class in the first year, but after that, it's all about food Science and biology
To be honest, one of my close friends struggled a lot in the first year.
