The marking point with reference to the KJ's Educational Institute differs according to branches and the categories of admission. The overall merit of MHT CET for general category students for 2022-23 academic year for B.Tech course in Various disciplines are as follows Computer Science & Engineering– 93.13, Mechanical – 87.45 and Electrical Engineering 83.67 percentile. For reserved category students the cutoff was 78.56 percentile for Computer Science Engineering, 73.45 percentile for Mechanical Engineering and 69.67 percentile for Electrical Engineering. For general category students, the percentile rank was 75.45 whereas for the reserved category students it was 65.67.

Candidates will only be selected to the B.E./B.Tech programme at KJ's Educational Institute if they qualify through the JEE Main or MHT CET entrance examination, with 75% for general category students and 65% for reserved category aspirants. A candidate should also have cleared the 10+2 examination from a recognized, other Boards/ Councils/ Universities with Science stream with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, English optional. The admission normally starts in April-May, and the deadline for submission of application is normally in June. Out of the total of 600 seats for the B.E./B.Tech, 30% seats are for the Management quota.

The procedure for obtaining the MH CET Law scorecard for both the 5-year LLB course and the 3-year LLB course is identical. Please follow the following steps to check the MHTCET Law results for 2024. 

• Go to the website of CET Cell Maharashtra - cetcell.mahacet.org. 
• Log in to the Candidate Portal using your registered email ID and password. 
• Now, go to the “Scorecard” tab and click on it. 
• Now, click on the 3 Years / 5 Years LLB result link. 
• Your scorecard will open in a new tab.
• You also need to download the MH CET Law scorecard for future reference.

Currently the institute has only one scholarship based on merit as the first year students who have scored above 90% in the 10+2 examination are given 50% waiver on their tuition fees. In the academic year 2023-24, sum of 1.5 crores was disbursed by these scholarships to 150 number of students.

Majority of students in the hostel mess of KJ's Educational Institute are happy with the quality of food as 90 percent of the students rated the food quality to be good and excellent. The mess provides vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian dishes and after a weekly rotational basis it brings new food to the menu list. The menu is supervised by a team of competent cook and supervisors to ensure that the food is prepared in the right hygiene standards and served hot. There is also a student mess committee that offer information and improvements in the quality of foods within the institute. With a capacity to serve over 5,000 meals per day, the mess is open from 6:00 in the morning to 9:00 in the evening with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tasty bites in between.
