For an offline application students can visit college's campus. Students can visit official website of Council of Education and Development Programmes and register. Once registered login using registered credentials and fill out application form. Submit duly filled-in form along with specified application fees to complete process.

Council of Education and Development Programmes admissions are mainly merit-based. Students wishing to enrol in any of the courses offered by the college need to simply meet the admission criteria set by the college to get a seat. For undergraduate courses, students need to pass Class 12. A Bachelor's degree is needed for PG admissions. The college, however, may conduct further selection rounds at its discretion.
