Aspirants need to pass graduation from a recognised university/ institute to apply for PGDM programme at MIT School of Distance Education. Hence, candidates cannot apply after Class 12. The selection of candidates for PGDM programme is based on scores of the candidates in the qualifying exam.

No, there is no need to apply for Symbiosis Centre for Media and Communication. Students simply need to select the institute and course at the time of applying for SET. While filling out the application form, students need to choose SCMC Pune and click on the "Click here to finalise the amount to be paid" option in the "Make Payment" section. The next step requires students to choose SCMC (BA MC/ BBA MC) in the "Programmes Under General" section. To complete the process, students need to pay the application fees as prescribed by the institute.

Symbiosis Centre for Media and Communication application process commences online via the official website of the institute/ SIU. Students wishing to join either of the courses offered at the institute are required to apply for the SET test and select SCMC Pune. Choose the option 'General (SET-General)' and select the course.
