With a 92.8 percentile, you will not be admitted to Chetana's R. K. Institute of Management and Research or MET Institute of Management. The reason is that the cutoff for these colleges is usually above the 95 percentile. However, you can get admission to the following good colleges with a 92.8 percentile:
1. Vidyalankar Institute of Technology

The cutoff list for latest spce was about 97 around for spot rounds for core branches and for tech might be 98 or 98.5 some what in spot (means 3 Rd round)

With 125 marks, yes, you may get admission at Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and Environmental Studies college for a bachelor of Architecture course. Because the last year's cutoff of Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and Environmental Studies for the BArch course was 123.75 in OBC Category.
