it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your Diploma. One can dream anything but admissions are based on performance of the students in 10th exam. You need to register on the website of the directorate of technical education of State of Maharashtra. You will get branch and college based on your 10th marks. Best wishes to you.

ICT has 70% of seats reserved for state candidates I. e. through CET. And the rest 30% of seats through JEE Mains. At 96.7 percentile, I guess there is a good chance that you get admitted to B.Tech courses. As their cutoff is lower compared to B. Chem. So yes, there is a chance. But note that it also depends on other factors like number of students applying for those 30% seats. If all goes well, SEE you at ICT Mumbai.
