You should go for B.Tech with NMIMS. VIT-Bhopal is not that good yet but NMIMS is really good for engineering. Also, it's campus is in Mumbai. Mumbai City will teach you many things that Bhopal can't. Mumbai also has a corporate culture, which will help you to get a good job.

In my personal opinion, B.Tech + MBA doesn't make sense. They both are different stream courses. B.Tech is about technology and MBA is for management. You can also do MBA if you are not a Science student. But, you can't do engineering if you're not a Science student. Now, I would recommend you to first complete your engineering with CSE branch. Then, if you feel like doing MBA, write CAT and go for it.

I would suggest you take VIT Vellore. I am myself in VIT's CSE with spec. in bioinformatics. The course stream is good with a lot of future opportunities and even the campus provides a lot of extra opportunities. You will also be taught by some of the best faculty members in the country. The only thing about VIT is its strict rules.

Hello Bhargavi,
As far as I know, the only way to get admission for M. Tech admission at IITs is to clear GATE with a good score. If you haven't attended the exam, then it is impossible to get a seat.

Yes, you can apply for life sciences. In DU it is merit-based. On the basis of cutoff you'll get admission. For private colleges you'll get admission. Good luck.

Dear Aaron,
Applications for admission to the 1st year B.Sc IT will have to be done through an online system available on the website at www.xaviers.edu on the Homepage. Admissions will be done solely on the basis of the marks scored in Mathematics in the XII standard examination or equivalent. Please read the notice on the Homepage for more details. The actual admissions will begin only after the declaration of results of the XII in Mumbai.
