Hello, yes the minimum marks required in +2 examination is 60%. More than 60% marks students will get admission on the basis of merit.

You have good percentiles. However, with this score you might not get computer in VJTI in the very first round. Still apply and wait until the results of last round are announced. You might get it then.
You can also think of other branches if interested.

Here are few colleges that I had filled out at my time of JEE. You might or might not be eligible for all of them, but you should think of them while applying.
Pune: COEP, VIT, PICT, VIIT, SIT, D Y Patil, PCCOE, SIT
Mumbai: VJTI, SP, KJ, VIT, LT, for Rodrigues
Nashik: KKW (A good college under Pune University)

JEE Mains college predictor is an online tool which predicts the probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Mains and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs.
