Hello,
There is lateral entry for B.Tech civil engineering in Sardar Patel College of Engineering, but it is a full time course for 3 years. It's is not a part time course.
The total fees for 3 years is INR 2.21 lakhs.
Eligibility:
Candidate must have completed Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology in relevant stream with minimum 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.

You can take admission in the course provided the colleges have still seats left for the same. If the college or university is providing admission still yet, if admissions are still open then sure you can take admission.
