Hello Pranjal,
Majority of the colleges located in Mumbai area admit students based on the entrance examination conducted by the State Government of Maharashtra called MHT CET. The admissions based on JEE Mains are against the all india quota but these seats are very limited in numbers and very tough to get admission. The Deemed to be university in this area conduct their own exam for admission and you may have to appear for these if you are interested in getting admission in one of the deemed universities.
