Firstly let me offer my heartiest congratulations on scoring such handsome marks in your Diploma exam. Yes, you indeed can get admission in IIT Mumbai. But, unfortunately IIT's don't give lateral admission. Your Diploma would be considered as equivalent to class 12th.
