For the PGDM course at KJ Somaiya, there are no reservations based on category. All the seats are given on the basis of merit which includes your entrance exams marks, your profile and gd/pi performance.

B.Sc in Information Technology of Amity University Mumbai has selection criteria that you should be class 12th pass without failing in any subject that year. If this criteria matches, you are eligible for sitting in an interview along with a small exam to test your knowledge. If you clear these two stages, than you would get an admission in Amity University Mumbai. Intake is higher for this course as there is a demand for students graduating from such courses.

Candidates seeking to get into the college need to prepare to get good rank in NATA. Minimum eligibility is to obtain marks - 80/200.
Also remember, that admission is through counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).
Selection parameter and weightages:
10+2/ Diploma marks - 50%
NATA score - 50%
For International candidates admission is based on marks obtain in 10+2/ Diploma.

The main difference between IOSH and NEBOSH is that IOSH is also a membership organization, the largest health and safety professional membership organization, as it goes. The main difference for you though will be in the qualifications, and you should find the qualification that suits your needs most, which won't really come down to the awarding body. NEBOSH doesn't offer membership, so if you are looking to join a membership organization where you can network, keep up to date with health and safety, and gain advice and expertise then IOSH is probably your best option. You have completed your degree in chemical engineering and you are interested in doing a course in food preservation etc. Yes this definitely appears to be a very good course to expand your horizon and also increase your employability.
