The admission in VJIT in B.Tech programs are based on MH-CET. The eligibility criteria for various UG B.Tech 1 st year programs is class 12th with 50% marks or three years engineering Diploma. So, if your Diploma is equivalent to 3 years engineering Diploma, then you are eligible.

http://admissions.tiss.edu/view/10/admissions/ma-admissions/m-a-social-work-in-public-health/ . These are the paper you will be having for two years. Due to the emergence of health sector now the scope for public health is really high and I am not much aware of the papers from the Assam social work. But, I can assure the overall learning will be very good enough and explorative.

I will try to answer it from SPJIMR's perspective. Speaking as a student, who was in your place. I will highlight that what helped me. Placement - SPJIMR placement data from 2016-18, mentioned that the average salary INR 22.24 Lacs.
Also, these number are fully audited - Check it here - https://www.crisil.com/en/home/our-businesses/sme-offerings/crisil-education-gradings/placement-data-audit.html
Academic - SPJIMR is unique in its pedagogy. They don't teach different things but teach things differently. Want to understand finance concepts? Play monopoly and learn. Want to understand sales? Shadow a real salesperson. Professor-
