If you want to study in IIT Bombay then you can give GATE exam, as you are an engineering student GATE exam is for engineering graduates who want to pursue PG from different IITs.

Yes, you indeed ate eligible to pursue your post-graduation studies based on the degree that you have obtained from SNDT University. When you download the brochure cum application form from your intended university, it may contain some other criterias of eligibility. Just make sure that you clear these criterias.

Hello, MMS and MBA both mean the same. Just that Mumbai University has been conferring it as MMS for many years. Whereas others like NMIMS, SIBM, FMS, etc grant MBA degrees. There is no difference whatsoever.
