An HSC (10+2) qualification completed from a recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects and with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is the minimum criterion of eligibility required to be fulfilled for an aspiring candidate to pursue the course. Yes, in order to pursue career in physics, you have to pursue M.Sc from good university. You have to appear for entrance to entrance for M.Sc. And, IITS organize IIT JAM exam, you can appear start preparing from your B.Sc only. All the best.
