The basic eligibility criteria for B.Arch is 50% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as main subjects of study from a recognised board. Admission to B.Arch is granted on the basis of valid score obtained in NATA/ JEE Main and depends on the criteria.

Look the criteria of marks for BBA course is different in different courses. But you must have atleast 50% marks to appear in different colleges.

Take the average of all semester marks to date. That would give you a fair idea. CGPA won't be of much use here since the requirement stated is in terms of percentage.

Hello! If your PI round was at least decent, then it should ideally not be a problem. Still, I'd suggest you apply for the other colleges too as a backup. Good luck!

Hello! Well, nothing can be said with complete surety but a score of at least 99 percentile should be sufficient to get an interview call from some (if not all) of the B-schools mentioned above. Good luck!
