If your Bachelors degree is in the same course in which you are seeking admission, with 6 papers in that subject, you will be admitted on the basis of merit. If it is 3 papers, you will have to appear for an Interview.
If you have done your Bachelors in a subject other than the one you are seeking admission in, you will be selected on the basis of a written test consisting of 2 papers in the subject in which you desire to register for your M.A. degree. Paper 1 will be an essay paper in the subject, and Paper 2 shall be a paper to test your general acquaintance with the subject.

Hi, Both are good options, but if you are asking about NMIMS and Venkateshwara Open University distance learning mode then I would like to tell you that NMIMS doen't have MBA in distance learning mode, whereas, Venkateshwara Open University don't have updated UGC approval so it's better to go with other universities.

Yes. If you're appearing for NPAT then you're eligible for admissions in MPSTME this year too.

Architecture exams in Mumbai are tough. You need to get a minimum of 55-60% in 12th to get through. Then there is a test provided by the professors to test the knowledge of architecture that you're going to pursue here. Finally, a small interview round is conducted to test how confident you are in the field that you're about to take. Once all these is cleared you can get admission in Amity University Mumbai. The test provided by the professors are usually on designing and on graphics. Also knowing the current affairs related to your field would be a great help.
