The answer to your question is no. As you have only done 10th and you have still not completed your 12th, you will not be able to appear for MHT CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test). The majority of the government exams require a minimum of 45% in CET to apply. The candidate needs to have passed his 12th and needs to be a minimum of 18 years old to apply for this exam. So if you are interested in appearing for government exams in Maharashtra, you are advised to first qualify for your 12th and then prepare for MHT CET.

According to the most recent available information exact cutoff parameters for the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program at Seth G.S Medical College have not been made public. However the basic qualifying requirement for this three year undergraduate diploma course is that applicants have finished their 12th grade with a minimum of 40% marks.

Admission to the GNM program is tough and may require admission exams or merit based selection methods. Cutoff marks might change annually depending on criteria such as the number of applicants, seat availability and overall candidate performance.
