No, there is no entrance exam required for admission to Virohan: GNVS, Sion. Candidates are offered direct admission to all its UG and PG courses. The admission is granted based on merit of the last qualifying exam of Class 12.

No. The Union Public Service Commission has released the official calendar for the 2026. The IES 2026 notification will be released on September 17, 2025. The IES 2026 applications will be filled online only. The candidates should note that the last date to apply online will be October 7, 2025. The UPSC will also provide the IES 2026 application correction facility also.

The Commission will conduct the IES 2026 Prelims exam on February 8, 2026.
