Don't worry, a minor discrepancy in name will not lead to the cancellation of admission in TISS, Mumbai. Provided that there is a slight difference in the spelling only. So, the official must consider your issue and allow you to proceed further with your admission process.
They may ask you to sign an undertaking certificate stating your issue and stating that you take the full responsibility for the same.
