Lokmanya Tilak Medical College accepts the NEET PG scores, followed by the NEET PG counselling process for admission to the MD, MS and PG Diploma courses at the PG level. As per the NEET PG cutoff 2024, the Round 1 closing ranks ranged between 106 and 40509 of which MD in General Medicine was the most prominet course among the students belonging to the General AI quota. Candidates who wants to secure a seat at LTM Medical College irrespective of any course choice can also consider MS in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) with a leninet cutoff of 371. The semester Results are usually been declared after a few weeks of the completion of exams which is usually 4-6 weeks but it may vary depending upon the number of candidates the complexity of the evaluation process and the events happening in the duration may also delay the timeline of the declaration of the results of the respective semesters
