Hi, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology fee structure for B.Tech. The course fee for all BTech courses at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology is INR 28,035 per annum. CET BBSR fee structure. The course fee for all the specializations of B.Tech is INR 24,000 per annum at College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar.

I think you will not get civil engineering in Vssut Burla with this rank. Try for private good college.
